REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
- Unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To start a return, please contact us at verdantvibe@easterforeliinc.bond with your order number and the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
5. REFUNDS PROCESS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.
6. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items, unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
